Abstract submission

Submission is available until 15 May 2026

Abstract submission deadline: 15 May 2026.
 

Only abstracts submitted by registered participants will be considered.

Submitted abstracts may be considered for poster presentation or selected for an oral presentation. The scientific committee will select oral presentations based on the quality of the research and the subject.

Applicants for Early-career Talks must submit the required documents along with their abstracts.

All presentations must be delivered in English.

Ensure that your document conforms to the guidelines for abstract submission

- Abstracts files are submitted as a 'word' document. They should be named according to the following rule: Family-name-of-the-presenting-author_First name_Institute or Company” (ex., Alunni_Benoit_Institut-Jean-Pierre-Bourgin-for-Plant-Sciences.docx). The file name should not include spaces (replace the spaces with hyphens).

-  Abstracts have to be written in English and fit on a single page

-  Use the Abstract template.

-  Briefly: use the Calibri police of the indicated size and underline the name of the author presenting the work. The title must not exceed 150 characters and the abstract 250 words
